Job Boards
One area that keeps us very busy is the introduction of new job boards locally and internationally as well as keeping up to date with all the new products and features being released by existing job boards.
Our business model hasn’t changed in this space. Our relationship with jobs boards is to act as a facilitator, which allows us to work effectively and objectively across multiple industries and markets. You keep your commercial relationship with the job boards intact and we take care of the postings for you.
Sourcing is one of our clients’ biggest challenges, and we are committed to adding more and more job boards and other alternative sourcing channels to our platform on an ongoing basis.
Numerous reports out there indicate that the job board market in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK, among other important markets, is softening in terms of ads posted to online job boards. We have seen an incredible number of new job boards coming online over the last 12-18 months. “With the job market softening a bit, we expect the number of new job boards trend to ease and who knows, perhaps we will see some consolidation on the incredible number of job boards operating today in the global job market” states Jafeth Rodriguez, Chief Innovation Officer for RECRUITadvantage
