One of our most successful system innovations has been turboTICKETING, a service request system through which all of our client-generated requests are now managed. It’s so good, we’ve even made it available to clients to use for their own customer service departments!
turboTICKETING is a common platform through which all service and request based issues are logged, managed, closed and reported upon. Clients can raise ‘tickets’ via the web, email, text message (SMS) or phone, and the ‘ticket’ issue is prioritised and managed strictly in line with our service SLA’s.
Clients can request email or text message (SMS) alerts on ticket updates, and can access the full ticket history and reporting data through the web interface.
